Generator Set Assistance and Maintenance
Franconi Power Systems provides its clients with technical assistance and maintenance for Generator Sets:
Assistance in the Design Phase
Available from the time the electrical system design is first drafted; close collaboration between the user and the designer is actually the best guarantee of financial economy, with regard to both acquisition cost and running costs.
Assistance for initial start up (commissioning)
Provided free of charge for the province of Rome and at favourable rates for the rest of Italy.
Electric Generator Maintenance Service
Carried out as planned preventive maintenance or on demand, depending on the different requirements of the plant:
- Level M1
planned check monthly or quarterly of the functioning of the generator set with correction of minor malfunctions, topping up of engine fluids, cleaning of the machinery and where applicable, of the generator room, to guarantee that the equipment is always operating at maximum efficiency. - Level M2
periodic planned routine maintenance (change of oil and filters, cooling fluids, etc.) or the repair of breakdowns on callout, to be carried out on-site when the electric generator is idle, without the need to dismantle the machine. - Level M3
complete overhaul of the machine, soundproofing or repair of major breakdowns to be carried out in our factory.
